We used copper chloride with different acid as ligand to C-S、C-C triple bond cross-coupling reaction,and found that the salicylic acid has the best catalysis efficiency.The mild and efficient C-S bond catalyst system is: 20 mol % CuCl2 as copper source, 20 mol % salicylic acid as ligand, Cs2CO3 as base, DMF as solvent,react 24 hours under 110 ℃(85~98%) or 30 min under 130 ℃(80~95%)oil bath to catalyzed cross-coupling reaction. The C-C triple bond catalyst system is: 20 mol % CuCl2 as copper source, 20 mol % salicylic acid as ligand, Cs2CO3 as base, DMF as solvent,react 24 hours under 125-130 ℃oil bath to cross-coupling reaction(65~95%).
