| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立中興大學 === 電機工程學系所 === 97 === In this thesis, we propose an information system using a wireless gateway to exchange information between heterogeneous networks. Our architecture includes hardware facilities and software design. Hardware facilities are composed of sensor node, wireless gateway and server. The gateway transfers information between a wireless sensor network and internet. At beginning, a wireless sensor network gathers environmental conditions like temperature, humidity and infrared ray. Then, all the information is sent to the gateway server. Finally, the computer server displays and stores the received information, which provides a reliable environmental monitoring system.
