Summary:碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 航空太空工程學系碩博士班 === 97 === Injection molding is an important process for polymer fabrication. The applications for small size components are getting popular, which leads to the development of micro injection molding technology. This research uses UV-LIGA lithography processing to define the micro feature and the micro electroforming to form the mold insert with replicated micro feature. The mold insert is used in the experiment of injection molding for thermoplastic composites. The fillers are milled fiber, glass fiber and titanium dioxide. The filling behaviors of fillers will be investigated to find out the proper size of fillers for micro features.
