碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 都市計劃學系碩博士班 === 97 === Nowadays, regarding to the sustainable development trend, majority of people start to value the environmental issues, including Global Warming, Climatic Anomalies, Greenhouse Effect, etc. These issues effected the planning of compact village; for example, Construct of the Ecosystem Villages, Develop of the Green Building and so on. However, the rural community, natural resources of rural communities are between natural and primitive, is the first compact village structure in the urban development process environment. That can penetrate through absorptive capacity and self-cleaning power by natural, and effect people and natural into dynamic balancing. Therefore, the affinity between the rural community and the ecology are the basis to solve environmental issues. According to above concept of Ecosystem Village, the following research is meant to achieve the balance between human beings and natural environment during the planning process. Furthermore, the author would conduct the further discussion that is based on the perspective of ecological environment. Meanwhile, during the research, the author has mock up the ecological planning, in order to make sure the rural communities and environment development are sustainable for becoming the Eco-community and Eco-villages. The research reviews included: the domestic, the foreign ecology community related literature, attempt to redefines the rural communities and Eco-community. At the same time reviews the related to some theories, including Ecology, Biodiversity, Eco-agriculture, Biology habitat, Eco-community planning and design, Agriculture environment and so on Then marshal the aspect of ecology for policy and principle, to support this study. Follow by the field investigation and further interview to understand what kinds of the key aspect, when the rural community development (reformism) into the rural ecology community. During the research, the author took the Zung Keng community as a case study, to understand the potential, the effect, the attitude and the demerit from the ecological planning, which is designed for rural community to conduce the standard of ecology planning, according to the plan as the similar community construction ecology community and the planning or the policy basis. The findings demonstration, development the eco-community at the ecological environment aspect should be included the ecology for the natural environment, compact village environment, and Agricultural production. Among above, the compact village environment and Agricultural production are different with the social and the economic, but it still maintain the close relationship with the economic. The ecological community planning in rural community will solve the environment problem and to recommend for organization in the rural community. Simultaneously, the community and the environment are sustainable development. Therefore, the findings of the research will be the standard in the near future, for medium term, and be the objectives suggestion in long term
