Currently it is focused on the special case study, however, less take the component of industry cluster and spatial arrangement into consideration from the point of view on the entire nation’s industry. Thus, the study proposes the method of the component of industry cluster and spatial identification. Inter-enterprises analysis first is used to distinguish driver industry and its supply chains. In addition, hot spot analysis（hot spot analysis─Getis Ord Gi*） is utilized to identify whether the industry is in the situation of spatial concentration. Finally, data collection from 1991 to 2001 is to analyze the change of spatial concentration for driver industry. Furthermore, further investigation will go on the situation of industry cluster in the zone of urbanization and metropolis.
