In this study, a survey of empirical methods is used for data Collecting. A total of 346 questionnaires were sent. 172 valid questionnaires were collected with an effective return rate of 49.7 %. The research findings show: 1.The “R&D employees”of superior job performance who gain higher rating in conceptual thinking in technology industry. 2. The “ R&D professionals ” of superior job performance who gain higher rating in conceptual thinking in technology industry. Although the difference is not significant in following findings, but it is still worthy of consideration. Thus it is listed as follows for reference only: 1.The “R&D non-professionals ” of superior job performance who gain higher rating in conceptual thinking in technology industry. 2. The“R&D employees”of superior job performance who gain higher rating in analytical thinking in technology industry. 3.
