Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 製造工程研究所碩博士班 === 97 === Virtual community is a common interaction environment to create, share and use knowledge in enterprise. In recent years, experience knowledge capture and storage have become important issues in knowledge management. However, these studies seldom considered the fact of the heterogeneous knowledge resources, ambiguity knowledge expression and time accumulation. That causes a lot of logical mistakes during knowledge construction. This study develops a mechanism for ontology-based knowledge verification to improve the accuracy of knowledge, and assist domain expert to make accurate judgment and revision. It can also help users get knowledge with quality, and then stimulate community members to create new knowledge. To achieve the above-mentioned goal, the tasks performed in this study include: (i) designing the empirical knowledge management model, and then defining the role for knowledge verification; (ii) analyzing the interaction status for community members, and using the Object-Oriented Ontology to define the difference of empirical knowledge and (iii) developing the empirical knowledge verification method to detect logical errors, and confirm and revise with domain expert in order to get the knowledge with quality.
