Development team members also transits from all-similar engineers to a combination of multi-professional programmers, visual designers, web designers, and project managers. With richer and easily accessible information and knowledge, customers have higher expectations on the compliance of requirements for information systems. In this research, the implementation methodology of web-based information system is analyzed and discussed in depth. While implementing information systems, the case-study company (I-company) takes into account the customer’s organization management, operating environment, stakeholder needs, user experience, and the after-sale maintenance. The experience of I-company is verified, and the results show the methodology from this research not only meets the basic requirements of cost, time and quality, but also allows customers to appreciate the enhanced product value.
