Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 工業教育與技術學系 === 97 === Abstract The security industry has developed over thirty years in Taiwan. The related laws and regulations have been updated. Many customers have been used to the security guard service. However, at the same time there persist worries with the quality of security guards. Therefore, th e importance of the recruitment qualifications for security guards cannot be undervalued. The study aims to construct the recruitment qualification indices of security guards. Integrating the opinions of the scholars, customers, and experts, three major indices, including “personal background”, “mo r a l i t y, habits and appearance” and “professional knowledge, ability and experiences”, and seventeen secondary indices were established. Analytic Hierarchy Process was conducted to t e s t t he consistency of the indices and to determin e their r e l a t i v e weights. The findings show that among the three major indices , “mo r a l i t y, habits and appearance” is mos t l y highlighted, followed by “professional knowledge, ability and experiences” and “personal background”. Among the seventeen secondary indices, “no bad habits such as smoking, drinking and eating betel nuts” gets the highest p r i o r i t y, followed by “personal morality and loyalty” and “high alertness”. The least weighted one is “the working experiences”. The findings are expecte d t o s e rve as a usefu l reference for the security industry in recruiting security guards.
