The purpose as follows: First, explore the university of technology for engineering and technology education certification status; II explore the university of technology of engineering and technology teacher education certification of perception ; three different background variables of teachers in university of technology of engineering and technology education in the differences between the perception. In this study, interviews, questionnaire survey method to conduct studies on the literature review and expert interviews to aggregate into its engineering and technology education certification content, research tools to prepare the first draft and, through expert review of research tools in order to establish the reliability and validity, then for the technical colleges of the Department of Engineering, full-time teachers in the area of the questionnaire issued to the information available to independent samples t test, one-way ANOVA statistical methods such as test the research hypothesis Achieve the main results are as follows: 1. Different "gender", " seniority ", " a professional post " teachers on the implementation of engineering and technology education certification consistent perception. 2. Private property than public school schools will accept a high degree of property. 3. "Electrical Electronic group" of teachers than the chemical group, machine group, the management group of teachers agree that a high degree. 4. "has bid to host the" school teachers than the "bid did not bid to host the" school teachers agree that a high degree. 5. The work of certification and accreditation of the Ministry of Education standards, teachers agree that a high degree. 6. The United States of ABET, "Engineering Technology" certification program more in line with China's system of technical and vocational education objectives.
