There were 353 valid questionnaires that stand for 98.3% response rate. Firstly, these collected data have been processed and analyzed by III descriptive, t-test, multiple stepwise regressions. Then the results have been further discussed and developed. Finally, the conclusions are elaborated as follows: 1. The attitude of public junior high school students toward parents’ expectation, self-conception, and learning motivation were positive. 2. Considering parents’ expectation and self-conception, there was no significant difference in gender. But when it came to learning motivation, there was actually significant difference in gender. Males had more learning motivation than females. 3. There was significant correlation among parents’ expectation, self-conception and learning motivation. 4. Parents’ expectation and self-conception did effect the learning motivation of public junior school students. Based on the study outcomes, some concrete suggestions were made as references for the self –encouranged of students, parents education, teaching and guidance, administration management of school, and correlated study in the future.
