Summary:碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 特殊教育學系所 === 97 === The purpose of this study was to realize Internet usage and Internet literacy of students with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities on vocational high school; furthermore, we explored the difference of Internet literacy between students' background variables and Internet usage. This study used questionnaire to do the following research. We took the questionnaire, entitled “Survey of the Internet Usage and Internet Literacy of students with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities on vocational high school”, as the measuring tool, and the subjects included 270 students who were randomly selected from vocational high schools in central Taiwan, with the return of 249 valid questionnaires. Descriptive statistics, Chi-square test, t-test and one-way ANOVA were used to analyze the data. The findings were as follows: 1. The Internet usage of students with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities on vocational high school was as follows: 58% of the students whose history of using Internet was over three years. Normally, the students used the Internet at home. The time when students used the Internet was on holidays. The students who surfed the Internet less than ten hours were 82%. The most used Internet function was the instant messenger, and the main online activity was playing online game. 2. In the aspect of Internet literacy, as to knowledge of using Internet, the students with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities on vocational high school were under the average level; as to skill of manipulating Internet and attitude of using Internet, they were above the average level. 3. The variables of students' background: different "way of students using the Internet" and " parents' attitude for surfing the Internet " have significant differences in Internet literacy. 4. The variables of the Internet usage: The variables, including " the years of Internet usage", "the places of Internet usage", " the periods of Internet usage", "weekly Internet using hours", " Internet functions ", "online activities" cause significant difference on the Internet literacy.
