In order to reach this goal, this research takes the Changhua County 175 elementary schools 5474 current position teachers as a population, picks the random sampling way, selects 30 schools 550 teachers are the subjects of study, altogether recycles the effective questionnaires are 523, and carry on the descriptive statistical analysis, the factor analysis, the item analysis by this, then the X test, the cluster analysis, the t test and the one way analysis of variance (ANOVA ) confirm the supposition. The findings discovered: The male is willing to undertake the risk wish to be higher to the female. The whole subjects favor in the risk the neutral managing finances risk cognition, by bank periodical deposits for the maximum proportion. The teachers like the degree to the financial goods investment is in order the bank periodical deposit, the mutual fund, the investment insurance, the stock, the foreign currency deposit and the bond. But the avoid risk is partial to the bank periodical deposit and the investment insurance. In risk neutral type, then likes the mutual fund and the foreign currency deposit. As confront risk type likes the stock and the bond. Affects the teachers' considerations to investment of the financial goods, the most primary factor is anxious the risk too high, others are no fund, no time study and booming not good, the operation achievements not good, business have not been convenient.
