Summary:碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 企業管理學系國際企業經營管理 === 97 === Research Factors Effect Employ Relationship Between Taiwan Enterprise and Foreign Workers (The subject is the Vietnamese workers who are working in factory at Taichung County) Abstract Because Taiwan’s economic develops quickly, the population growth is reducing, so the labor workforce is not enough, and the enterprises want to reduce the cost of business, there for in the 1980’s, after the permit of the government, Taiwan’s enterprises began to import the low cost labors from countries of South East Asia. The foreign labors in Taiwan are growing day by day, according to the data from Bureau of Employment and Vocational Training, at September 2008, there were 369,730 blue-collar workers in Taiwan. The harmony labor relationship plays one of important role in the performance of the company. So to keep a good labor relationship is necessary. By using the questionary method, the study surveys the relationship of wages and benefit, working environment and safety measures, the attitude of management, colleagues’ attitude to the foreign labors, accommodation of foreign labors and the service of broker with labor relationship. Otherwise, the study will through the survey result to find out the different point of view of enterprise and labors about labor relationship. The objects of this survey are the Vietnamese workers who working in factory at Taichung County and the enterprises who employ the Vietnamese workers. The main result of the study are: after analyzing the effect factors to labor relationship, there are some different points of view between employer and employee as well, the biggest differences are the effect of management attitude to labor relationship( the labor consider that the effect between them is remarkable, but the boss not consider that), and the effect of broker’s communication to labor relationship (the labor consider that the effect between them is remarkable, but the boss’s consider not the same), these differences are explained at the result analyze and discussion of study. Other factors effect to the labor relationship in this study support the assumption or not, also are explained clearly at analyze and discussion part. The survey result of this study has real reference value for enterprises in managing foreign workers.
