| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 會計學系 === 97 === The main purpose of this research is to investigate the relationships of personal trait, work value and career orientation of the students of department of accounting in Taiwain. There were 507 questionnaires, and the valid questionnaires remained 484. The retake rate of valid questionnaires was 95.46%. The data analysis includes descriptive analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis and independent sample t test, pearson’s correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis and SEM.
The major conclusions of this study are as follows：
1. The different individual factors have made significant difference in personality traits,concept of work value, and career-orientation.
2. The personality traits have significant relationship with the career-orientation.
3. The work value have significant relationship with the career-orientation.
4.The personality traits have significant relationship with
the work value.
5. The personality traits, work value, and career-orientation have casual relationship.
