| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 資訊管理學系所 === 97 === My research is in accordance with the analysis of related documents and using the Delphi technique. I analyzed the discussion with 22 scholars and specialists, the visit to experts, the investigation of Delphi technique, gathering the data about “how to raise up the enrollment performance for the IN-service master program of Information Management” and referred to those opinions by the scholars and gathered statics. I found that the key points of “how to raise up the enrollment performance for the IN-service master program of Information Management” are: source of enrolled students, the school, extrinsic environment, intrinsic environment, well reasons, personality and advertisement. There are 7 dimensions and 39 sub-programs in my thesis. I hope to find out the successful factor of raising up the enrollment performance for the IN-service master program of Information Management and contribute it as a consultation for the enrollment of IN-service master program.
