To enterprise, knowledge is the major competition tool in addition to capital and labor. The management and reuse of knowledge is essential in maintaining individual and organization’s competition advantage. The research aims to develop a project management system for use in technology university students so that knowledge and experience can be collected and reused by future students. The prototype of our developed project management system is installed and tested on-line so that we may assess the functions that are necessary to students through a questionnaire combining KANO and QFD. The major findings of this research are listed below. 1. For the four stages in project-based learning, including beginning, confirming, producing, and evaluating stage, students may need more help in the producing stage. 2. A project management system should emphasize more on the feature that provide inquiry for information and literature of finished projects. This feature may assist students’ self-study. 3.
