The selection criteria of mechanism members, such as ball screw, linear sliding guide-slider assembly and etc., are acquired by the calculation of mechanical properties of main components of the system and the use of SWOT analysis. The breaking rate of wafer drops significantly, from 0.1% to 0.03%.
