Summary:碩士 === 國立嘉義大學 === 國民教育研究所 === 97 === The main purpose of this study is to understand the relationship between teachers professional knowledge, professional ethics and school administrative compliance, the study also tried to investigate its application policy so as to bring up conclusions and suggestions. The researcher used the approaches of literature review and questionnaire investigations. The major instruments this study uses for surveying are three questionnaires. First questionnaire is“Professional knowledge Questionnaire of teachers elementany schools.", which developed by Hanszu Chu Chen, and Hanszu Chu Chen has approve the use of the questionnaire to be adopted by this study. The second questionnaire is“Professional ethics Questionnaire of teachers elementany schools."which was designed by researcher of this study. The third questionnaire is“The school administrative compliance Questionnaire of teachers elementany schools."which was designed by researcher of this study. A sample of 56 elementary schools and 313 teachers are surveyed, and the returned data are analyzed through T-test, One-way ANOVA, Two-way ANOVA, Pearson Correlations and Multiple Stepwise regression analyses. The conclusions of this paper can be summarized as follows: 1. The performance in the professional knowledge, professional ethics and school administrative compliance among the elementary school teachers is above the average. 2. There were significant difference exist among the age, education, educational background, teacher job, and school size, when the elementary school teachers'professional knowledge is analyzed. 3. Significant difference exists among the sex, age, education, educational background,school size, and school area, when the elementary school teachers’ professional ethics is analyzed. 4. Significant difference exists among the sex, age, education, and teacher job, when the elementary school teachers’ school administrative compliance is analyzed. 5. There were significant relationships among the elementary school teachers’ professional knowledge, professional ethics, and school administrative compliance. 6. Elementary school teachers’ background, professional knowledge, and professional ethics have prediction ability on school administrative compliance.
