碩士 === 國立嘉義大學 === 教育行政與政策發展研究所 === 97 === This study is based on the related bibliographies and the self - edited questionnaire as “The Research of the Elementary School Administrative Support and Teaching Efficiency on the Dialects Teaching -- The Examples from Primary Schools in Nantou County” and randomly take samples according to the school scales and locations that has been applied. There are 260 surveys have been sent out and 208 surveys have been received back.The recovery rate is 80%. The conclusions summed up as follows: 1. Awareness of the Elementary School Administrative Support and Teaching Efficiency in elementary school in Nantou county is satisfactory. 2. There is significant difference of the Elementary School Administrative Support on the variable of the teachers’ background as their age,teacher's qualificationsteaching seniority,using language, however, there are no significant differences on the variables of the teachers’ sexes. 3. There is significant difference of the Elementary School Administrative Support on the variable of different schools on school scales and locations. 4. There is significant difference of teachers’ Teaching Efficiency on the variable of the teachers’ background as their age , teacher's qualificationsteaching seniority,using language, however, there are no significant differences on the variables of the teachers’ sexes. 5. There is significant difference of teachers’ Teaching Efficiency on the variable of different schools on school scales and locations. 6. The correlation between Elementary Schools’ administrative support and teachers’ teaching efficiency was positive. The higher the administrative support is, the higher the teaching efficiency will be, and so is the vice versa. 7. Elementary Schools’ administrative support is a significant factor of teaching efficiency.
