Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立東華大學 === 海洋生物科技研究所 === 97 === Chlorophyll analogue (1), OA (2), OA-D8 (3), OA-D9a (4), and prorocentric acid (5) were isolated from butanol and dichloromethane layers of the Prorocentrum spp. strains PM040703009 and PL21117008. The chlorophyll analogue (1) and prorocentric acid (5) are new compounds. Prorocentric acid (5) represents new class of polyketides from marine dinoflgellate Prorocentrum. Structure elucidation of these compounds was done by intensive NMR spectroscopy, including 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, and 1H-1H-COSY, editing-HSQC, HMBC, H2BC and NOESY. ESIMS, HRMS, UV and IR spectra were also measured to support the structural elucidation. Compounds 2, 3 exhibited cytotoxity against CCRE CEM human T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia cells and DLD-1 human colon adenocarcinoma cells in vitro. The LD50 values of compound 2 are 2.0 and 5.2 μg/ml and the values of 1.1 and 1.9 μg/ml for compound 3. Prorocentric acid (5) didn't show toxic effect to mice at the tested dose of 40 μg/mouse.
