According to this research's discovery and the conclusion, proposed that research of suggestion the related is as follows, does to continue reference of the research. 1, Increases the teachers and students to use the Blog together the time, asks the school to examine the curriculum content and the daily schedule. 2, Uses each measure to provide the student to use the computer network hardware equipment. 3, Clasp with teacher promotes, juxtaposes for the major activity and the conduct, the reading development effect will be better. 4, Increases the reward mechanism to strengthen the student to use the motive. 5, Increases the guardian to use the function, the use kisses ways and so on duty education or community building promotes. 6, Trains and strengthens the teachers and students to use RSS the tool, facilitates the use operation and reading.
