Besides, the population structure, which is gradually transforming into high life expectancy structure, attributes to the effect of small family and the descend of born percentage. Moreover, unavoidable accidents result in the increase in the disability patients and in the demand of rehabilitation system. The traditional physical therapy makes patients perform the same motion repeatedly in order to enhance their limbs' abilities. However, the process of this treatment is extremely bland and it is easy for patients to slacken if nursing staffs don't observe them. Consequently, the research designs a comprehensive rehabilitation system united the physical therapy with the virtual games and applies this system to the pedal exerciser. This system is separated to two parts: the hardware of pressure sensors and the software of integrated interaction. The nursing staffs only need to put the pressure sensors designed by ourselves on the pedal exerciser, installing the software of integrated interaction in the personal computer. When patients utilize the pedal exerciser to rehabilitate, the digit messages of pressure will transmit to the computer by the pressure sensors. Then, the screen appears the pressure number on feet and the computer will offer the feedback of the vision and the sound from the encouraged language, the applaud sound to the volume of background music .Furthermore, the system blends with software of integrated interaction such as the balloon game and the hit bricks game. Combining the hardware and software system makes patients feel interesting during the period of rehabilitation. This system can be compatible with any pedal exercisers in the hospitals. Because our system unites the virtual games with the feedback of vision and sound, it is able to reduce the assistance of nursing staffs, let patients rehabilitate delightedly, enhance the patients' desire of rehabilitation, and achieve the effect of therapy efficiently. In addition, the computer provides the analysis of pressure data that the pressure energy transforms to a fraction based on the number to physical therapist. Then, physical therapists use the data to evaluate the degree of rehabilitation. Wen-Kai Tai 戴文凱 2009 學位論文 ; thesis 57 zh-TW
