A complete decision-making process leads to a successful decision. In recent years, the workload of an employee increases with the enterprise policy to reduce overhead cost. As a result, the work stress increases as well. The decision made under the stressful working environment is more important. The relationship between working stress and a reasonable decision-making process is apt to vary with individual's stress dealing method. This study is to explore the moderate effects of job stress coping behavior (problem-focused coping and positive emotion) on the relationship between the job stress and decision process rationality. There were 414 copies of questionnaire sent to the military officers and 388 samples were collected. The 331 valid samples were analyzed by hierarchical regression analysis using SPSS software. The results showed that: 1. the higher level of role conflict, workoverload and resource inadequacy will lower the decision process rationality; 2. the problem-focused coping will weaken the negative relationship among workoverload and resource inadequacy on decision process rationality; 3. the positive emotion will weaken the negative relationship between resource inadequacy on decision process rationality.
