Summary:碩士 === 國防大學國防管理學院 === 國防資訊研究所 === 97 === To the present, the operations of encryption and decryption of electronic documents are occurred only between the front-end computers and documents exchange center. The sending of electronic documents from user-end to front-end computer has not considered the safety mechanism of encryption and decryption, so that the electronic documents are still accompanied with paper works to identify its validity. In this thesis, we shall extend the electronic signature from front-end computer to exchange center to user-end to front-end computer. In other words, the whole process from user-end to front-end computers and to exchange center will be covered by the signature safety mechanism.
