Description
Summary:碩士 === 國防大學國防管理學院 === 後勤管理研究所 === 97 === This study had two objectives: to examine the effect of perception of workplace violence on employee deviant behavior and to test the moderating effect of employee’s traditionality on the relationship between the perception of workplace violence and employee deviant behavior. The data was collected from 263 employees and 263 supervisors of manufacturing, banking, high-tech industry and extension classes in Taiwan. Results indicated that the perception of workplace violence was positively related to employee deviant behavior. Further, employee’s traditionality moderated the relationship between the perception of workplace violence and employee deviant behavior. Implications for theory and practice are discussed.
