| Summary: | 碩士 === 國防大學 === 戰略研究所 === 97 === The rapid growth of China's comprehensive national strength is a significant phenomenon recent years, which has attracted scholars of various areas to study different ways to observe and achieved rich results of it. The current debate has been transformed from whether it’s going to rise to what will be taken to develop its route. In 2005, China published the White Paper, i.e. "China's Peaceful Road for Development " In 2007, Hu Jintao, the chairman of Chinese Communists stressed in the opening of 17 major political report that it will unswervingly insist on the path of peaceful development, the so-called " the road of peaceful development, "the inevitability of their national development strategies with this choice of international politics, regional stability and the impact of cross-strait situation, which is the focus in this study.
In the field of international relations, China's socialist system, the capacity of developing countries and the UN Security Council permanent member status, is undoubtedly the major impact upon Western Country in the existing international system. In this study, the international system from a macro-level observation of Chinese National development intentions is discussed, also it will comb through the international structure and the international institutions on China's development strategy for the impact of choice based on power and interdependence perspective, furthermore, verifying China's peaceful development theory and planning to achieve the research and demonstrate the options of China's peaceful development strategy and follow-up to the development of calabash measurement purposes.
From the point of view of the power growth of China, the existing international structure will have a definite impact, thus China must shape the sustainable development of country outside the peaceful environment of peace and development strategy; from the perspective of interdependence, the key of China's integration into the international system relies on the learning process of the international mechanisms and the degree of internalization. Beijing government not only must make a difference, but also promote the country the reform of national governance and civil society to effectively develop peacefully and maintain the economic development of the kinetic energy.
Although 30 years of reformation and opening up access has made great results, Beijing government can not go back to maintain it’s legitimate continuation of the communist regime. We must carry out peaceful development to achieve the goal of a harmonious society in pursuit of political stability for its greatest consensus, which is also to continue to govern the reasonableness of it raised by China's peaceful development road in 2050 before the development of transition strategy. It has its corollary, the implementation of the pressure; its cross-strait issues on the treatment must be more delicate, for all over the world will insist on China's peaceful development which will be focused on how to deal with Taiwan. That is the reason why China's peaceful development in cross-strait situation, although it is very difficult stage would be a major breakthrough, must be able to maintain a period of harmony and stability, which can be beneficial to Taiwan.
