Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立新竹教育大學 === 美勞教育研究所 === 97 === Abstract This research writing will be the interpretation of my art work, life and multiple thoughts during these four years of my graduate study. Through the painting and writing process, step by step, I learned to express myself, as well as to clarify and the methodology of artistic creation. I also learned to understand my pursuit and the way to carry on this pursuit. Writing is like a journey in my spiritual state and this journey is organized into the writing of six chapters. In Chapter I, “Introduction”, I’d discuss the structure of the whole analysis, and outlines the motives and methodology. In Chapter II, “Study and Appropriation”, I’d study the existing art works in history as well as contemporary artists that have strong influence on my making of art. In Chapter III, “Lightness and Heaviness”, I’d discuss the painting techniques I’ve been practiced and developed for years as well as artists in the techniques of my impact. In Chapter IV, “Slowness”, I’d write about my living style that influence my art making. In Chapter V, “Cloud and the Artist”, I’d explain the image of cloud presented by different manners in the work as a transformed motif of myself. In Chapter VI, “Conclusion”, I’d attempt to resolve the idea of life and art that interact through the development, explore the inner world as a practice of self-gaze. Through the writing, I’d be able to clarify the vagueness of my thought and earn the encouragement to go on. I’d be able to achieve more energy and deeper though to go on the pursuit of artistic creation in the future.
