This study has applied:Personal Background Inventory,Professional Development scale and Job Satisfaction scale as survey tools.The strategies of data analysis used in this study included descriptive statistics,t-test,one-way ANOVA,Scheffe Post-hoc Test,and Pearson’s product-moment correlation.The results of this study showed: (1)The preschool teachers’ professional development competence was good . (2)There were significantly differences in teachers’ professional development in terms of the teachers’ age, seniority, educational background of preschool teachers,educational level,qualifications,organization,and class. (3)The preschool teachers’ job satisfaction was medium . (4)There were significantly differences in teachers’ job satisfaction in terms of the teachers’ age,seniority,educational background of preschool,educational level, qualifications,organization,and class.
