Description
Summary:碩士 === 南華大學 === 資訊管理學系碩士班 === 97 === The goal of this article is mainly to build a real-time video streaming system which can be integrated into remote control system and can have a whole-system consistency. The video streaming system used in remote control system needs to have real-time ability, providing status to the personnel or the system about the environment where the device is located in. With high-quality compression performance of MPEG-4 compression technology and the application of RTP communication protocol, this task can be achieved. However, most devices like Video Server, IPCam, etc. make outputs mixed with other redundant data. In addition, the access control SDK or API for control browsing permissions are not available for systems developers. This makes the impression of inconsistency on the system. Therefore, this research has been trying to resolve these two major issues here. Analyses of efficiency show that the results of this research proved to limit the video''s time gap within 0.25 seconds. Additionally, we can meet our second challenge with the help of live555, i.e. to restrict the receiver''s access permissions.
