Summary:碩士 === 南華大學 === 非營利事業管理研究所 === 97 ===   The issue of this project begins from the researcher’s most familiar topic: arts education, concentrating on the resource integration of arts education by NPOs. Since arts culture and community building are the main objects of "Hsin Kang Foundation of Culture & Education", and the researcher has already taken the advantage of teaching nearby "Hsinkang Junior High Shool" to interact with it be its volunteer worker. "Hsin Kang Foundation of Culture & Education" is chosen to be the research body of the NPOs in issue. The research goals: 1.Gain an understanding of the status quo and adversities faced by NPOs in utilizing arts education resources. 2.Study how NPOs achieve the increase in efficiency of art education and thus compensate for its lack of resources by integration of arts education resources. 3.Propagate the interactions of NPOs with NPOs, public sectors and with private sectors. By contributing what one''s capable of and taking what one needs, the win-win situation can then be achieved.      This research, by methods such as literature survey from qualities studies, in-depth interviews, participating in observation and case study, analyzes the interactive relation between NPOs, public sectors and private sectors, the motivation of their mutual assistance, and their mode of cooperation. In addition, the research also investigates how NPOs integrate arts education resources by strategic unions, so that to maximize the benefit, it can contribute to the integration of arts education resources. The last part of this article will provide our discoveries and suggestions.
