This research interviewed 7 NPO principals and 2 NIA undertakers in Chiayi City via semi-structured interviews. The results of this study can be included as follows: 1. NIA Chiayi City Service Center should construct two types of collaboration and interaction model with NPOs to promote immigrant assistance and guidance: (1) social resource network integration model, (2) role complementarity and resource linkage model. 2. NPOs are willing to cooperate with NIA Chiayi City Service Center and expressing positive views about this active attitude. 3. NPOs can provide resources such as courses and activities, human resources, government propaganda, professional consulting services and referral services. 4. The expected benefits of the cooperation between NPOs and NIA Chiayi City Service Center can be included as following 6 types: resource sharing, increase courses and activities, exchange experience, help more vulnerable immigrant families, provide professional consulting services about immigration laws and referral of cases. 5. Respondents think NIA Chiayi City Service Center should play the role of care and information provider and referral platform. Furthermore, this research not only offers 8 practical suggestions for NIA Chiayi City Service Center and related public sectors to consider, but also providing 3 research suggestions about the future research orientation. The following researchers are welcomed to have further study about this issue. Bin Lee 李 斌 2009 學位論文 ; thesis 96 zh-TW |
