To resolve these problems, the government manipulates extensively in non-profit organizations to assist the promotion business of organ donation. The performance and service of these non-profit organizations have greatly and closely related to the well-being of the majority of the people. Therefore, the service quality and management effectiveness that the non-profit organizations represent also has been widespread concerned.     The purpose of this study is to explore the advocacy of organ donation of non-profit organizations--the management effectiveness of the Organ Procurement Association. The study has mainly taken qualitative methods. In order to collect the useful and correct data, The study also mainly uses the mining literature analysis, document (file) analysis, field performance evaluation and depth interviews. To understand the status of the operation Organ Procurement Association in promoting organ donation, and the advantages and disadvantages of its management effectiveness models and specific recommendations are clearly made in the report.
