Description
Summary:碩士 === 南榮技術學院 === 工程科技研究所碩士在職專班 === 97 === OLED (Organic Light-Emitting Diode) is a kind of Organic Electroluminescence component. The devices have more advantages in the capability of self-emission, flexibility, full colors, high brightness, high contrast, low power, viewing angle, and response time. This paper is making a study of organic light emitting diodes (OLED) structure. First step, to investigate the factors of traditional structure and find out the optimization traditional structure. Use this fabrication for the basis of graded structure. To investigate ten kinds of structure that different thickness of graded structure, match influences on the OLED devices electro-optical characteristic, include the, current density, turn on voltage, luminance and brightness, PL Spectrum etc. With 60% condition, the turn on voltage as 3.5V, in applied voltage 12.5V, luminance reaches 181.8 cd/m2, that the supreme luminance and the lowest turn on voltage in this research. From the experimental result we can know graded structure is better than traditional structure.
