碩士 === 高雄餐旅學院 === 旅遊管理研究所 === 97 === The purpose of the study was research on the relationships among Cross-Cultural Adjustment, Leisure Involvement, Leisure Motivation, Leisure Constraint and Leisure Satisfy for Thai Student Abroad in Taiwan. Use survey and E-mail. The researcher chooses 3 locate in Taiwan. There were 300 of the completed questionnaires were analyzed in the statistical methods to test hypothesis, Descriptive Statistics, Reliability Analysis, LISREL. Use five framework were Cross-Cultural Adjustment, Leisure Involvement, Leisure Motivation, Leisure Constraint, Leisure Satisfy. The results of relationships: There was not a linear relationship between Cross-Cultural Adjustment and leisure motivation then Cross-Cultural of factor is cross-society. There was not a linear relationship between Cross-Cultural Adjustment and leisure involvement then leisure involvement of factor is time. There was a linear relationship between leisure motivation and leisure involvement then leisure motivation of factor knowledge. There was a linear relationship between leisure constraint and leisure involvement then leisure constraint of factor structure constraint. There was a linear relationship between leisure motivation and leisure satisfy then leisure satisfy of factor society interaction. There was not a linear relationship between leisure involvement and leisure satisfy. Finally discussion and suggestions based on the results were made.
