碩士 === 國立高雄第一科技大學 === 應用日語所 === 97 === This thesis is research on Japanese education of the company technology coordinated with company in Japan, especially taking back-light maker in southern Taiwan science park as an example. Based on this thesis to discuss about the Japanese education achievement of Taiwan company that technology coordinated with company in Japan. In order to know the situation of the Japanese education in company technology coordinated with company in Japan, The author took the back-light maker in southern Taiwan science park that he used to work in before as an example, and analysis the questionnaires and the information collected from the company member. This thesis is made by 5 chapters. Chapter One is to express the motive､purpose､pre-research､range and method of Japanese education in back-light maker. Chapter Two is to express the development of southern Taiwan science park and Japanese Companies. The growth of the FPD industry is fast and makes the Japanese education in company is more and more important than before. Chapter Three is to discuss the Japanese education in back-light maker. Including Japanese education target､curriculum and teaching materials. Chapter Four is to analysis the questionnaires and the information collected from the company member. Chapter Five is the conclusion and the direction of Japanese education in company. Based on this thesis, the author hopes to make a beginning from the Japanese education curriculum in back-light maker, and offer consultation of teaching activities for the future.
