However the insurance company increases insurance premiums at the same time, the insurance pays also along with increasing. The investigated results by the Modern Insurance Finance magazine show that the most worth recommending of the top six companies which in the consumer heart are also the top six maximum claim cases. In this paper we apply regression analysis to investigate the relationship between the whole market share ratio, the first year market share ratio, the second year market share ratio and the service ranking to the influence of claim ratio of the health insurance of life insurance companies during 2005 to 2007 in Taiwan. We show that the whole market share ratio, the first year market share ratio, the second year market share ratio and the service ranking are significantly related the claim ratio of the health insurance of life insurance companies in Taiwan. In another words, the whole market share ratio and the second year market share ratio increase has the possibility to cause the claim ratio also to increase. As service ranking position is behind, the claim ratio will be higher. The first year market share ratio also has significantly influence to the claim ratio, but it’s a negative effect. That is to say if the first year market share ratio is high, the claim ratio will be low.
