Nonfinancial information is an important factor for the decision-making unit to assess future operating principles of overall banks. Generally domestic enterprises pay less attention to nonfinancial information while the value of company tremendously exceeds the revealing data of financial information during the knowledge-based economy and the gap should be promoted by nonfinancial information. Samples of the study cover 36 domestic banks from 2000 to 2007 , where utilize the empirical model of multiple regression to come to the following conclusion: 1.Banking automation services: No matter overall domestic banks, public bank shares and private banks find no special relevance between the growth rate of no. of ATM card out of each month, the growth rate of trade volume- each month and the profitability of the banks. Sensivity analysis presents the promotion of no. of ATM card of each month will accelerate the significant business performance of the overall domestic banks and private banks. 2.Stock- holding structure: For the samples of overall domestic banks and public bank shares, the promotion of supervisor directors shareholding ratio of each month will be beneficial to profitability evidently. In addition, the promotion of government ownership gets the same result for the private banks. But there are no significant relationships between holdings of foreign financial institution, the proportion of monthly and profitability for the overall domestic banks, public bank shares and private banks. 3.Senior management changes: The obvious relevance can’t be observed between the changing numbers of the chairman / the general manager and profitability no matter for overall domestic banks, public bank shares and private banks. In the samples of overall domestic banks and private banks, the increase of the changing the number of the chief financial officers, the less is the profitability. But there are no significant relevance to the profitability for public bank shares. 4.Human resources: In the samples of overall domestic banks and private banks, bank employees significantly symbolize hired employees are the most important assets of the banks. Before reaching considerable economy, the promotion of profitability benefits by the increase of bank employees. No matter overall domestic banks, public bank shares and private banks the turnover rate of the month presents no special relationship with the profitability. Moreover, bank staffs have years of service symbolize it’s an important factor to influence the structure of salary. As it will influence the profitability by the increase of the years on service.
