The research method was progressed by the case study method. The study shows the inference results as 19 established hypotheses, 7 partial-established hypotheses and 16 unestablished hypotheses from 42 hypotheses. Meanwhile, the modification model is also estimated. The results show that the most significant factor is ‘employee’, and secondary and third significant factors are ‘process’ and ‘organization’, respectively. The most insignificant factor is ‘technology’. This analysis of this study is progressed from five directions: (1) the condition of implements of information services industries; (2) the effect of different level of CMMI implementing process on four domains, such as organization, mission, employee, and technology; (3) the change management of information services industries with different level of CMMI implementing process; (4) a providing of reference of CMMI implementing process for other industries except information services from the view of organizational change; and (5) the analysis of the result in distribution of effect index of CMMI implements.
