This research also want to discover whether different the degree of trust in team members will have different discrepancy by operating development of socialization and natural form. The period trust relationship will be respectively demonstrated by two different trust structures of team members. Then, we will also verify how team members establish new trust relationship after confirming their task. Simultaneously, this research will also combine Agency theory to evaluate the relationship between quantity of knowledge sharing and the quality of knowledge. This paper established twelve constructs to depict our model as follows: initial trustworthiness, early communication level, early cohesiveness, early trust, late communication level, late cohesiveness, late satisfaction, Agency theory and contribution of knowledge sharing. A survey research will be use to collect questionnaires and analyze results. This paper also applies Structure Equation Model (SEM) to demonstrate results of hypotheses. At last, results of this research will be discussed as two aspects as follows. Firstly, members in early trust of class A will be influenced by initial trustworthiness and early communication level. Early trust and late communication level will increase the team’s late cohesiveness and late satisfaction. The behavior of knowledge sharing of team members will be significantly influenced by late communication level, goal conflict, opportunism and information asymmetric. Secondly, members in their e early trust of class B will also be influenced by initial trustworthiness and early communication level. Early trust will increase the team’s late cohesiveness and late satisfaction. Simultaneously, it would further influencing the team knowledge and sharing behaviors. Communication level between the team will affect the team’s late cohesiveness and the knowledge share quality. The behavior of knowledge sharing of team member will be significantly influenced by goal conflict, opportunism and information asymmetric. Szu-Yuan Sun 孫思源 2009 學位論文 ; thesis 114 zh-TW
