The purposes of the study are: 1. to investigate the current situation of principal servant leadership, teacher organizational commitment and school effectiveness in elementary schools; 2. to understand the differences of principal servant leadership, teacher organizational commitment and school effectiveness based on different background variables; 3. to explore the correlation among principal servant leadership, teacher organizational commitment and school effectiveness; 4. to analyze how principal servant leadership and teacher organizational commitment can predict school effectiveness; 5. to synthesize the research results and bring up some concrete suggestions that become consultations of how to enhance principal servant leadership, teacher organizational commitment and school effectiveness. The study builds up the theory and research frame and designs the research tools through reviewing literature. It uses the questionnaire survey procedure, the grand total provides 580 questionnaires to 43 elementary schools in Pingtung County, recycling effective questionnaire 523. The research tools contain “perceptions of principal servant leadership scale”, “perceptions of teacher organizational commitment scale”, and “perceptions of school effectiveness scale”. The study uses statistical analysis such as Descriptive Statics, Independent-sample T test, One-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation, Canonical correlation analysis and Multiple stepwise regression. The findings are as follows: 1. The performance of principal servant leadership reaches a high-intermediate level and the dimension called “prospection co-created” is the best. 2. The performance of teacher organizational commitment reaches a high level and the dimension called “effort desire” is the best. 3. The performance of school effectiveness reaches a high-intermediate level and the dimension called “organizational atmosphere” is the best. 4. Elementary school teachers who are male, to be a chief concurrently and in smaller schools have higher perception of principal servant leadership. 5. Elementary school teachers who are above 50 years old, to be a chief concurrently and in smaller schools have higher perception of teacher organizational commitment. 6. Elementary school teachers who are male, to be a chief concurrently and in smaller schools have higher perception of school effectiveness. 7. The more principal takes servant leadership seriously, the better teacher organizational commitment is. 8. The more principal takes servant leadership seriously, the better school effectiveness is. 9. The higher level of teacher organizational commitment, the better school effectiveness is. 10. The higher level of principal servant leadership and teacher organizational commitment, the better school effectiveness is. 11. Principal servant leadership and teacher organizational commitment can predict school effectiveness efficaciously, the dimension called “organization-identified” especially.
