Summary:碩士 === 高雄師範大學 === 成人教育研究所 === 97 === A Study on School Principal’s Competing Values Leadership , Innovative Climate of Organization and School Effectiveness in Kaohsiung Elementary Schools Abstract The purposes of research are:(1) to explore the current situation of the school principal’s competing values leadership, the Innovative climate of organization and school effectiveness in elementary schools;(2) to analyze the different viewpoints on the above three main topics of teachers from different kinds background;(3) to explore the school principal’s competing values leadership, the Innovative climate of organization and school effectiveness in elementary schools;(4) to explore the prediction on school effectiveness of the competing values leadership of principal, the innovative climate of organization. The study is conducted through questionnaires with 541 effective samples out of 600 teachers from Kaohsiung city. The study tool is “The Questionnaire on the Relationship among the Competing values leadership of Principal, Innovative Climate of Organization and School Effectiveness.” The statistical methods include descriptive statistics, T test, One -Way ANOVA, Pearson variances analysis, and Stepwise regression analysis. According the research , we resorted following conclusions: 1. Teachers’ evaluation on the competing values leadership of principal is above nice level. 2. Teachers’ perception are aware of better Innovative climate of organization, to be of the opinion that team to support Innovative. 3. Teachers’ perception are aware of better school effectiveness They think Students Learning Effectiveness is the most important 4. Male teachers are from 49 class size school, are aware of better competing values leadership of principal. 5. Male teachers are from 49 class size school, are aware of better innovative climate of organization. 6. Teachers who are from 49 class size school, are aware of better school effectiveness. 7. Competing values leadership conducted by principals enhances better school effectiveness. 8. Conducting innovative climate in a school stimulates school effectiveness. 9. The “job resources” can predict school effectiveness best among competing values leadership of principal and innovative climate of organization. According to the findings and conclusions, the researcher provides the following advices: 1. For educational administrative organizations: (1) To emphasize development and further education of principals enhance principals’ competing values leadership . (2) To adjust school size, strengthen principals’ competing values leadership, innovative climate of organization and school effectiveness. (3) To set up a system to encourage schools to be innovative, inspire managements of schools are creative on administration and teaching. 2. For principals: (1) To integrate resources , provide appropriate support for teachers and stimulate creation. (2) To expand school mechanism to raise the sense of school identification of female teachers to school. (3) To built school culture of profession, involvement, sharing and open minds and reach the goals efficiently. (4) To encourage teachers to attend further education courses and raise professional knowledge. 3.
