The different thickness of thin film has a regular transformation in impedance spectra. Grain size of LCMO(4min) thin film is the smallest. It leads to increase grain boundary and relaxation time. And the relaxation time and DC resistance have the same of trend at temperature changed. Grain size effect dielectric constant. Small grain size has high dielectric constant. At the transition temperature, dielectric constant and loss are the smallest. By relaxation time and dielectric properties, we realize the transition between of ferromagnetism and paramagnetism. Expect to the higher frequency, the more interesting thing can be found.
