According to the trend of venerable age in the whole world, the electronic scooter will be developed rapidly and be brought up to 30% in the future market of the world. Many advanced nations have paid much attention to its value. The manufacturing cost of the electronic scooter can be controlled within reasonable range due to the versatility and technical progress. Under the consideration of environmental protection, the electronic scooter is now in widespread use and not only be restricted to the field of medical appliances. Therefore, the development and improvement of the electronic scooter has become the urgent topic in the sunrise industry. Although the technique for making electronic scooter is more and more mature, the disabled users are still helpless when the electronic scooter inclines down during the movement. It will hurt the users badly. The development of electronic scooter will be obstructed. Therefore, the anti-tilt mechanism design of electronic scooter can solve this problem. The advantage of the anti-tilt mechanism design is easy to prevent the electronic scooter inclination. Furthermore, this work will precede the fracture analysis to improve the stiffness of chassis structure and simplify the unnecessary structures to decrease the weight of electronic scooter. It expects to develop the worthy and practicable products.
