Those subjects were investigated by questionnaire so as to collect data for empirical research, including descriptive statistics, factor analysis, reliability analysis, independent-samples T test, 1-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation. The research results were as follows: 1. There were partly significant differences among demographic statistic variables of those accountants in transformational leadership, job satisfaction and organizational commitment; but there were not significant differences among the demographic statistic variables in the locus of control and role stress. 2. There was significant difference among those accountants’ job satisfaction under transformational leadership; but only partly significant differences in their role stress and organizational commitment. 3. There were significant differences in the relationships between those accountants’ locus of control and their job satisfaction and role stress, but no significantly different relationship between it and organizational commitment. 4. There were partly significant relationship between those accountants’ role stresses and organizational commitment. 5. There was significant relationship between those accountant’s job satisfactions and role stresses, organizational commitment. From those results, it could be seen that (1) Most of the subjects were prone to have the personality of locus of inner control with active attitudes and more anti-stressed, but too rigidly self-demanding, perfective, starchy would easily make them exhausted, so if they want to be fulfilled and low down the stress in their vocational domain, they should also cultivate multiple interests and learn to have humors besides reinforce legal professionalism. 2. Those accountants under those chiefs who adopted transformational leadership were more easily to feel fulfilled, though their psychological impediment of double roles would also be decreased, but due to the conflictive predicament the vocation of accounting would produce, they would not devote themselves fully to the organization. If the chiefs could more understand the system and professional nature of accounting, it would be helpful to improve the harmony within the organization and advance their policies.
