I found that both the instructor and students showed growth and changes after implementing the drama in education. The findings are as follows: 1. The application of drama in education in designing a friendship interaction program (1) Construction of a meaningful setting (2) Linking to the context of a story (3) Finding a good entry point into a story (4) Designing activities to diversity 2. The teaching activities of the friendship interaction for drama in education (1) Availability of a contract at the beginning (2) Taking young children’s capabilities and experience into consideration (3) Choosing teaching props carefully (4) Classroom management is very important (5) Finding a balance between group and individual 3. The growth process of the instructor and children (1) Improvements in interactions among young children 1.Resolving conflicts 2.Enhancing friendship 3.Transforming experiences (2) Researcher’s growth 1.Constructing a discussion framework 2. Changing curriculum into drama 3.Improving classroom management 4.Diversity of drama tactics 5. Improving the elasticity of the relationship of teacher and children In summary, the researcher provides concrete suggestions as a reference for instructors wishing to implement drama in education at kindergartens and future researchers.
