Summary:碩士 === 國立屏東教育大學 === 體育學系 === 97 ===   The purpose of the study was to discuss on peritoneal dialysis patient''s present situation of leisure participation, leisure attitudes and the leisure constraints, and also to analyze the differences and the mutualities among different peritoneal dialysis patient''s background variables in leisure participations, leisure attitudes and leisure constraints. The research method used in this study was the questionnaire survey procedure, with purposive sampling techniques. The sampling groups contained of 802 Kaohsiung Armed Forces General hospital, the E-DA hospital and Taiwan Peritoneal Dialysis Patient''s Friendship society’s second session of general meeting, A total of 180 questionnaires were given out, and 124 samples were collected. Using SPSS for Windows 12.0 Chinese version, description analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA analysis, and Pearson Correlation were carried out.The results of this research discovered were followed: 1. The leisure activities that dialysis patient participates participated most were the mass media types. And followed by the social-activity type, outdoor-activity type, sport type, hobby activity type and literary arts activity type. 2. The research found out that there were differences among different peritoneal dialysis patient s’ background factors in leisure activity participations, leisure attitudes and leisure constraints. 3. The leisure participations and the leisure attitudes of the peritoneal dialysis patient present are positive significant correlation difference; the leisure participations and the leisure constraints are positively related; the leisure attitudes and the leisure constraints are partial inverse correlations
