Summary:碩士 === 國立屏東教育大學 === 教育行政研究所 === 97 === Based on Bolman and Deal’s theory of multi-frame structure, this study aimed to explore: (1) the way elementary school principals applied the strategy of leadership; (2) the innovative management of elementary school; (3) the relationship between the principal’s leadership multi-strategy and the innovative management of elementary school. Through literature rivew, the study examined the relationship between the principals’ leadership multi-strategy and the innovative management of elementary schools. The research tool was a self-constructed questionnaire titled “The Leadership Multi-strategy of Elementary School Principals and the innovative management of Elementary School Teachers,” whose validity was evaluated by experts and whose items were revised based on a pre-study analysis. The questionnaires were distributed to 541 elementary school teachers in Kaohsiung City, and the number of the returned questionnaire was 483. Among them, 472 were valid ones, and the effective response rate was 87.25%. The SPSS for windows 12.0 statistical software was applied to analyzed descriptive statistics, independence sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, and canonical correlation. The study then came to the conclusion that : 1.Elementary school principals tended to integrate different strategies of leadership. 2.The awareness of the current situation of school innovative management was scored medium to high. 3.The leadership strategy of which teachers were most aware of were structural, human resource, political, and symbolic. 4.Among all aspects of school innovative management, “ performance” aspect was scored the highest, but “resource” aspect was scored the lowest. 5.There was a positive relationship between the principals’ leadership strategy and the school innovative management. 6.Among the principals’ leadership strategies, the political and structural had the highest predictive ability in relation to the school innovative management. 7.Among the school innovative management, the administration management and resource had the highest predictive ability in relation to the principal leadership strategy. Finally, the study offered suggestions to elementary school principals, school teachers, and future studies in the light of the research result.
