This research is based on mostly in-depth interview, participant observation and data analysis as well. By means of the three methods mentioned above, the case schools'' information is collected, such as administrative leadership, professional development of the teachers, arrangement of the campus, and school public relations. With the four dimensions of information of school management, the strategy of management of small-scale schools. According to the analysis of the result, the conclusion of this research lies below: 1.The management strategies of the school are unique, specific, and practical conduct in its own cultural context. 2.Changes in the number of students drop was because of the close distance from nearby schools and effected by the external factors of magnetic effect. 3.The reason why the student number went up again was because the school’s effort was approved by the parents, the system of common school district, and internal factors including establishing affiliated kindergartens. 4.Administrative leaders of the schools have to consider the sustainability to meet the need of the staffs and the students. 5.Managing operation strategies effectly and make the running of the schools more smoothly. 6.Small-scale schools are weaker in professional development of the teachers. 7.It is beneficial for the learning of the students when the environmental designing of the school is based on the goal of education. 8.The school focuses on marketing strategies and putting the school on the map. Finally, based on the conclusion, this research proposes suggestions for future management of the school.
