The purpose of this study is to deliberate the Ping-Tung County elementary school teachers’ using attitudes, using satisfaction,and using intention toward the website of in-service education for school teachers based on the viewpoints of the Technology Acceptance Model(TAM)and the D&M IS Success Model(ISS). Due to the results of this study, several suggestions have been made to the educational administration of the in-service education website.
To accomplish this goal, this research involved a questionnaire survey of the Ping-Tung County’s teachers. According to results of this survey, the main findings were as follows :
1. The Ping-Tung County’s elementary school teachers take positive attitudes toward in-service education website ,and are willing to continue using it.
2. The Ping-Tung County’s elementary school teachers feel satisfactory about in-service education website after using it.
3. The hours of advanced teacher training would influence using attitude, user satisfaction and using intention of the Ping-Tung County’s elementary school teachers.
4. The hours of getting online would influence using attitude, user satisfaction and using intention of the Ping-Tung County’s elementary school teachers.
5. Gender, level of education, administrant job experience, teaching service-year, normal education background and homeroom teacher experience would influence using attitude, user satisfaction and using intention of the Ping-Tung County’s elementary school teachers.
6. Using attitude of teachers would influence their using intention. The result is according to the viewpoints of the Technology Acceptance Model(TAM).
7. Using satisfaction of teachers would influence their using intention. The result is according to the viewpoints of the D&M IS Success Model(ISS).
